Stocks in Storage?

I still consider myself fairly new to Deviant Art for the most part. I love looking at all the beautiful (and not so beautiful) art pieces. If I see someone's art and see a piece of stock that I'd love to have, I must say that it annoys the hell outta me when that deviant stock is no longer available (i.e. it's in storage or the person is on hiatus). My point is, why take down the stock if you don't have time to maintain your account? Just leave the stock up and walk away from your account and come back later. Just my random thoughts.
